The post appears to have been generated using partial material — possibly from the plaintiff’s arguments portion uploaded on CASEMINE — and not from the full judgment. As a result, it wrongly presents the plaintiff’s submissions as if they were the court’s findings. In reality, the petition was dismissed, whereas the blog claims the opposite. Every section — including the “Judgment Highlights,” “Implications,” “August Attorneys LLP’s View,” and “Conclusion” — is contrary to what the court actually held. This kind of careless or AI-generated legal commentary misinforms readers and reflects a poor understanding of the judgment. The firm should correct or withdraw this post to maintain professional credibility.
